Child Safety Standards
1. Strict prohibition
We prohibit content or conduct that depicts, facilitates or encourages child sexual abuse or exploitation, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, deception or threats for sexual exploitation, sexualisation of children, and trafficking of children for sexual exploitation. Such material or conduct is unacceptable in any form.
2. Product design and safeguards
Dreamcatcher Stories is not a social network or public sharing platform. Personalised stories belong to the parent account that created them and are private by default. The app has no open messaging or contact feature through which strangers can reach a child.
- Automated story safety review: Generated stories are reviewed for safety before being shown; content that fails the review is withheld.
- Image review: Story illustrations are checked before display.
- Age-appropriate experience: The app and its content are designed for children.
- Parent control: Account creation, story creation and purchases are carried out by an adult parent or guardian.
3. Reporting
If you encounter inappropriate content or have a child safety concern, contact cocuk-guvenligi@duskapani.com. Reports are reviewed promptly and appropriate action is taken. You may also report content in the app.
4. Authorities
We aim to comply with applicable child safety laws. If we become aware of CSAM, we take prompt action, including removal, and make reports to competent authorities and child protection organisations as legally required. If you believe a child is at risk, contact local law enforcement and child protection services.
5. Updates
We review these standards and strengthen them as practices and legal requirements evolve.
