1. Delete your account and content
Use the account deletion option in the app or email us from the address associated with your Apple or Google sign-in, with the subject “Account Deletion”. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your account, child profiles, family members, generated and purchased stories, illustrations, audio and associated personal data are deleted. These stories cannot be recovered later.
2. Delete selected content
You can delete child profiles, family members and stories directly in the app. For other partial deletion requests, email destek@duskapani.com.
3. Time and retained records
We complete deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email. Transaction and billing records may be retained for the period required by law. A limited Apple or Google provider identifier may remain solely to prevent repeated claims of the one-time free story, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
